Hyrox Qualifying Guide 2026

Pro qualifying times, World Championship paths, season ranking points, and Elite 15 — everything you need to plan your competitive Hyrox season.

The Hyrox qualifying system is genuinely confusing. There are three different paths to the World Championships, qualifying times that change by age group, season-long ranking points, and a separate Elite 15 system for Pro athletes.

This hub clarifies all of it. Start with whichever guide matches your goal — qualify for Worlds, hit the Pro time, win your age group, or chase Elite 15.

The three paths to the Hyrox World Championship

  1. Win your age group at a regional Open Singles event. Open division podium gets you a World Championship invitation. The fastest path for most amateur athletes.
  2. Hit the Pro qualifying time at a regional Open event. Once qualified, you race the Pro division and chase Elite 15 ranking points.
  3. Top 15 in season ranking points (Elite 15). The top tier of Pro racing — the 15 fastest Pro athletes per division per season earn World Championship Elite 15 finals spots.
