Hyrox Doubles is a 2-athlete team race. Both athletes run all 8 km together (cannot separate during runs) but split station work however they choose. Open Doubles uses Open division weights; Pro Doubles uses Pro weights. Doubles is the most popular format for first-time Hyrox racers because the workload is more manageable and it's a great team-building event.
