Follow any athlete across the 8 stations and 8 km of running on race
day. Search by name or bib, build a watchlist for the weekend, and we
deep-link you straight to the official Hyrox live results portal.
Pick the race, drop the athlete's name (last name is enough) or bib number, and hit Track. We'll copy your query and open the official live results so you can paste straight into the search box.

We pull splits from the official Hyrox results portal every 30 seconds. Cards fill in as the athlete completes each station, with their place in the division if Hyrox has published it.
The 8 stations they'll race
Every Hyrox runs the same 8 functional stations in the same order,
sandwiched between 1 km runs. Knowing the order lets you predict
exactly when an athlete will appear on the next split.
Pick a race that's currently running, type the athlete's name or bib number, and we open the official Hyrox results portal in a new tab with your search query copied to the clipboard. Paste it into the search box and you'll see splits update station-by-station as the athlete moves through the course.
Where does the live data come from?
All splits are pulled from the official Hyrox results portal at results.hyrox.com, which is the timing system Hyrox uses on race day. Hyrox does not currently publish a public live-data API, so we link directly to that portal rather than relabel their data.
How fast do splits update during a race?
Splits appear within a few seconds of an athlete crossing each station's timing mat. Refresh the official results tab between stations to see the latest splits — the page is fast enough that a refresh every 30-60 seconds is enough.
How do I find my friend's bib (start) number?
If you can't remember the bib, search by last name instead. The portal lists matching athletes with their division and start number — pick the right one and you can switch to bib search after that.
Which Hyrox events can I track here?
Any Hyrox race that's currently in progress on our 2026 calendar shows up at the top of this page automatically on race day. Outside race weekends the tracker waits — we don't show fake live data for races that aren't actually running.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes. The watchlist saves locally on the device you're using, so a phone in the venue and a laptop at home each keep their own list. Pop-ups need to be allowed for the new-tab open to work.
Spectating Hyrox: a one-page primer
Hyrox waves go off every 8-10 minutes through race day. A typical
Open finisher is on the floor for 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 30
minutes, so if you're tracking from home you can usually catch the
whole race in one sitting. Pro and Elite waves run faster — sub-60
finishes are normal at the front.
The single best signal for "how is my athlete actually doing" is
their SkiErg + Run 1 + Sled Push total. If those
first three splits are on plan, the rest of the race almost always
is too. If they blow Sled Push, expect Burpee Broad Jumps and Wall
Balls to suffer the most.
Save a few athletes (yourself, training partners, pros) to the watchlist so you can flip between them between stations.
Use the time calculator to project a finish from the splits you see.
